1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Precious International's website (preciousintl.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Services Description

Precious International (Pvt) Ltd provides software development services including:

• Web application development and design
• Mobile application development
• SaaS platform development
• Blockchain solutions
• UI/UX design services
• Digital marketing and SEO
• Consultation and technical advisory

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Precious International and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Pakistan and foreign countries.

Client Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials, information, and deliverables provided by the client shall remain the property of the client. We assign all rights, title, and interest in the deliverables to the client upon full payment.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• 25% upon delivery of initial prototype
• 25% upon project completion and delivery

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for services if development has not commenced. Once development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed. All refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@preciousintl.com.

5. Project Delivery and Acceptance

We will deliver projects according to the timeline specified in the project agreement. The client has 7 business days from delivery to review and request modifications. After this period, the project will be considered accepted.

Any delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, additional requirements, etc.) may affect the project timeline and cost.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party. We will not disclose client information, business plans, or project details to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Precious International, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
